Before you choose

Does a scan mean my website is compliant?

No. Automated scanning finds a subset of accessibility barriers. It does not replace manual testing or certify compliance. A manual audit has its own agreed page sample, journeys, and testing scope.

What changes the quote?

Page and template count, domains, authenticated journeys, scan frequency, third-party integrations, and the amount of human review or implementation. Share your website and priorities so the proposal can state the inclusions and exclusions.

Are fixes included in monitoring?

Managed monitoring includes findings review, prioritization, and reporting. Implementation is a separate project or part of an explicitly scoped management agreement. Retesting is also specified rather than assumed.

How is consent management priced?

Initial setup and ongoing management are separate scopes. Setup covers agreed configuration and testing; ongoing work can cover tag changes, consent checks, and configuration updates. Consent-tool subscriptions and other third-party fees are identified separately.

Can you work with my existing website and tools?

Existing CMS, development teams, and consent tools can be reviewed before a proposal. A migration or rebuild is not assumed. Additional domains, complex integrations, and restricted access may change the scope.

Is there a setup fee or minimum commitment?

Any onboarding fee, billing schedule, minimum term, cancellation notice, and handoff arrangements are stated in the proposal before you commit. Auditor access is currently invite-first; pilot pricing and limits are agreed individually.
